Each part is removed and tagged as an entire assembly and if required we can also break down each part to the subcomponent level simply by a special request. We handle the process from start to finish, we will provide the most accurate Removal Tags, upload in real time, and provide a complete digital list of your inventory. HEAVY MAINTENANCE REPRESENTATION AND INSPECTION

Our highly dedicated and extremely knowledgeable team members can provide maintenance and inspection representation for any aircraft going into various scheduled heavy checks to include B, C, and D checks. We can also assist in aircraft delivery, lease inductions, and lease returns, as needed and or required. We also offer and assist in full records reviews and audits, help bridge maintenance programs into the current operating GMM programs, meet and work with all FAA, JAA, DGAC, or CAAC requirements. We will organize all the records from back to birth and make sure all records, Airworthiness Directives, or Service Bulletins are brought current and up-to-date. Aircraft Dismantling’s parent company (The Aviation Group) support staff can assist you with all of your maintenance requirements to even include logistics and oversight of your teardown facility, provide various Kaizen and Root Cause Analysis programs we have learned from major manufacturers, which will help streamline your operations for efficient and effective managerial processes making sure everything is done above FAA requirements.

What We can Appraise:

We can provide a Desktop or full USPAP Compliant Appraisal report. This report follows all Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice rules and standards. Each report will reflect Fair Market Value, Wholesale Value or Liquidation Value. The value will be determined using our database, two comparisons, and a printed guide valuation via Bluebook or VREF. Most law professional’s, financial institutions and Governmental agencies require an appraisal report, which complies with these more stringent and technical standards.

Market Analysis report can be generated from the client or third-party customer to determine current market value. We will perform a physical inspection of the aircraft, go through all maintenance log books and other pertinent information to determine the overall condition of the aircraft. We offer a certified aircraft appraisal if needed by the client.

Aircraft Dismantling has the experience and expertise to remove the engines as well before the airframe teardown begins. We specialize in all GE, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, and IAE engines. All we ask is that you provide the engine shipping stands before the removal begins. If necessary, we can also assist in locating and providing the correct shipping stands and arrange transportation as well. As needed, we can also have the engines borescoped before removal and provide the findings on CD, or send you a direct link for your review of the footage in real time. Upon removal, we preserve and shrink wrap each engine, provide removal tags, and secure each engine to the stands for shipping as required. We take great pride in handling your engines, making sure everything is safe, secure, and completed properly in a timely manner. We will also remove the engine QEC items upon request.
